We systematically changed the gap between the bus waveguide and the ring, as well as the width of the ring. We found the highest Q = 5{\texttimes}105 for gap 2.0 $\mu$m and the ring width 2 $\mu$m. This work is important for further on-chip SFWM applications since the generation rate of the biphoton field strongly depends on the quality factor as Q3", optnote="exported from refbase (https://db.rplab.ru/refbase/show.php?record=1191), last updated on Sat, 01 May 2021 15:57:14 -0500", issn="1742-6588", doi="10.1088/1742-6596/1124/5/051047", opturl="https://iopscience.iop.org/article/10.1088/1742-6596/1124/5/051047", opturl="https://doi.org/10.1088/1742-6596/1124/5/051047" }
