Irradiating the SSPD by both a local oscillator power and signal power simultaneously, we observed beat signal at the intermediate frequency of a few MHz. Gain bandwidth was found to coincide with the detector single pulse width, where the latter depends on the detector kinetic inductance, determined by the superconducting nanowire length.", optnote="exported from refbase (https://db.rplab.ru/refbase/show.php?record=1205), last updated on Sun, 02 May 2021 00:16:09 -0500", issn="2100-014X", doi="10.1051/epjconf/201713201005", opturl="http://www.epj-conferences.org/10.1051/epjconf/201713201005", opturl="https://doi.org/10.1051/epjconf/201713201005" }
