By optimization of the NbN film thickness and its compound, we managed to improve detection efficiency of the detectors in the range up to 3.3 $\mu$m. Optimized devices showed intrinsic quantum efficiencies as high as 10{\%} at mid-IR range.", optnote="exported from refbase (https://db.rplab.ru/refbase/show.php?record=1233), last updated on Mon, 24 May 2021 23:29:15 -0500", issn="1742-6588", doi="10.1088/1742-6596/917/6/062037", opturl="https://iopscience.iop.org/article/10.1088/1742-6596/917/6/062037", opturl="https://doi.org/10.1088/1742-6596/917/6/062037" }
