The detector sensitive area is 20 $\mu$m in diameter. In near infrared (1330 nm wavelength) our SSPD exhibits above 30{\%} detection efficiency with low dark counts and 45 ps timing jitter.", optnote="exported from refbase (https://db.rplab.ru/refbase/show.php?record=1271), last updated on Mon, 24 May 2021 23:28:03 -0500", issn="1742-6588", doi="10.1088/1742-6596/1410/1/012147", opturl="https://iopscience.iop.org/article/10.1088/1742-6596/1410/1/012147", opturl="https://doi.org/10.1088/1742-6596/1410/1/012147" }
