A receiver noise temperature of 2000 K at 2.52 THz has been obtained for the mixer without corrections. Also, the effect of a Parylene C anti-reflection (AR) coating on the silicon (Si) lens has been studied.", optnote="exported from refbase (https://db.rplab.ru/refbase/show.php?record=1417), last updated on Sat, 15 May 2021 23:17:57 -0500", doi="10.11906/TST.037-041.2008.03.05", opturl="http://www.tstnetwork.org/10.11906/TST.037-041.2008.03.05", opturl="https://doi.org/10.11906/TST.037-041.2008.03.05" }
