For fiber-based operation, our SSPDs contain a special micromechanical construction integrated with the NbN structure, which enables efficient and mechanically very stabile fiber coupling. The detectors combine GHz counting rate, high quantum efficiency and very low level of dark counts. At 1.3 - 1.55 {\v{z}}m wavelength range our detector exhibits a quantum efficiency up to 10{\%}.", optnote="exported from refbase (https://db.rplab.ru/refbase/show.php?record=1481), last updated on Mon, 24 May 2021 23:43:33 -0500", opturl="https://www.infona.pl/resource/bwmeta1.element.baztech-article-BWA0-0004-0019", language="Polish" }
