Radiation with a wavelength of 119 $\mu$m was coupled to the mixer, a NbN microbridge, by a hybrid quasioptical antenna consisting of an extended hyperhemispherical lens and a planar logarithmic spiral antenna. We found, at an intermediate frequency of 1.5 GHz, a system double side band noise temperature of ≊40{\thinspace}000 K and conversion losses of 25 dB. We also discuss the possibilities of further improvement of the mixer performance.", optnote="exported from refbase (https://db.rplab.ru/refbase/show.php?record=1610), last updated on Wed, 26 May 2021 11:21:50 -0500", issn="0003-6951", doi="10.1063/1.117943", opturl="http://aip.scitation.org/doi/10.1063/1.117943", opturl="https://doi.org/10.1063/1.117943" }
