We measured the voltage response of a current biased film (thickness 700 {\AA}) in a resistive state to radiation pulses. From our results we conclude a response time of about 90 ps and a responsivity of about 4{\texttimes}1010 $\Omega$/J. We attribute the response to Cooper pair breaking and suppression of the superconducting energy gap induced by nonequilibrium quasiparticles.", optnote="exported from refbase (https://db.rplab.ru/refbase/show.php?record=1672), last updated on Thu, 27 May 2021 16:11:00 -0500", issn="0003-6951", doi="10.1063/1.106500", opturl="http://aip.scitation.org/doi/10.1063/1.106500", opturl="https://doi.org/10.1063/1.106500" }
