The optical spectra display a threshold character. There takes place a sharp decreasing of transmission signal in the energy range of h$\upsilon$>1.5meV. The C($\omega$,T) and G($\omega$,T) dependences have a universal form characteristic of relaxation processes of the Debye type. The relaxation time dependence displays a thermoactivation character $\tau$(T)-exp($\xi$/T) with a gap value of $\xi$≃2meV,coinciding with the optical one. It is assumed that there exist excitations with a characteristic energy {\textasciitilde} 2meV in La2Cu04.A possible nature of the revealed low-energy excitations is discussed.", optnote="exported from refbase (https://db.rplab.ru/refbase/show.php?record=1686), last updated on Thu, 27 May 2021 21:00:55 -0500", issn="0921-4526", doi="10.1016/S0921-4526(09)80220-2", opturl="https://linkinghub.elsevier.com/retrieve/pii/S0921452609802202", opturl="https://doi.org/10.1016/S0921-4526(09)80220-2" }
