WSi structures with narrower strips demonstrated better performance for detection of single photons in longer wavelength range. The difference in normalized photon count rate for such structures reaches one order of magnitude higher in comparison with structures based on NbN thin films at 2.5 $\mu$m.", optnote="exported from refbase (https://db.rplab.ru/refbase/show.php?record=1799), last updated on Sat, 03 Jul 2021 18:33:12 -0500", issn="1757-899X", doi="10.1088/1757-899X/781/1/012011", opturl="https://iopscience.iop.org/article/10.1088/1757-899X/781/1/012011", opturl="https://doi.org/10.1088/1757-899X/781/1/012011" }
