The SSPDs exhibit excellent performance at 2 K temperature: 30{\%} quantum efficiency from visible to infrared, negligible dark count rate, single-photon sensitivity up to 5.6 {\textmu}m. The recent achievements in the development of GHz counting rate devices with photon-number resolving capability is presented.", optnote="exported from refbase (https://db.rplab.ru/refbase/show.php?record=607), last updated on Wed, 05 May 2021 21:56:14 -0500", issn="0950-0340", doi="10.1080/09500340903277750", opturl="http://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.1080/09500340903277750", opturl="https://doi.org/10.1080/09500340903277750" }
