The radiation absorption is assumed to be proportional to the local surface resistance of the HEB microbridge, which is computed using the Mattis-Bardeen theory. With this assumption the dc and mixing characteristics of a superconducting niobium-nitride (NbN) HEB device have been modeled at frequencies below and above the equilibrium gap frequency of the NbN film.", optnote="exported from refbase (https://db.rplab.ru/refbase/show.php?record=935), last updated on Thu, 12 Feb 2015 15:57:35 -0600", doi="10.1063/1.4864763", opturl="http://dx.doi.org/10.1063/1.4864763", opturl="https://doi.org/10.1063/1.4864763" }
